Yes, there are some known bugs in Dimitri some more serious and others less important but still to be corrected. Since version 5.0.0, part of the search function has been rewritten, making the engine faster but less precise, I would like to thank Stefano Gemma for helping me find some errors in the code that compromised the correct evaluation of the pieces and the various game positions causing them to lose engine strength compared to the 4.xx series. With the help of Stefano Gemma, author of various engines and one of the best Italian software developer for companies, the search and evaluation function has been significantly improved, The 5.2.1 version proved to be an excellent step forward, but it still had bugs linked to bad memory management especially in the end game where he then lost the games. Even the large opening book had errors in some now correct opening lines. version 5.2.3 has corrected many serious bugs and also other small revisions such as verbose mode (extrainfo) have been made and improved. time management has been further improved. Now the opening book DimitriBig_v2.book has been corrected and optimized. I want to continue to follow the development of the engine that satisfies me more personally. There is a bug with the game levels that was only half corrected ... From version 5.2.3 Resign option bug finally corrected!

The zip file contains engine with new books (v2) and config file, The WB2UCI files (DimitriUCI.exe), new logo for Winboard, Arena and Fritz GUI
